• Test login manually at mega.nz with the same credentials
• Check hosting environment for network restrictions to mega.nz
• Create a new Mega account and update Web.config to test
• Review logs at ~/Logs/STXDownloadCenter.log for detailed error information
• Contact STX Technology support with log details if the issue persists
